It didn’t start with a storefront or a big plan. It started at seventeen. With curiosity, a few small batches, and a lot of trial and error.
What began as late nights learning the rythm of roasting slowly turned into something more. Batch by batch, there was a pull toward building coffee that felt grounded. Something steady, something with character. Not just something to drink, but something to return to.
Some of it grew around a simple tradition. Coffee always on, cards on the table, and time set aside to slow down for a while. That idea stuck. Coffee wasnt just about the cup, it was about what happened around it.
Out of that came a clear direction. Coffee shaped by open land, quiet mornings, and the work that fills the space in between.
Each blend is built with that in mind. Balanced, intentional, and named like places you pass through or settle into. Coffee that feels like it belongs somewhere.
This isn’t fast coffee.
It’s not made to be rushed.
It’s made for early starts, long days, and the kind of moments you don’t always think about, but end up remembering anyways.
